Introducing Britain’s ultimate fundraising cycling challenge: The Great Tour. This 6,800km bicycle journey circumnavigates the coastline of Great Britain in 64 consecutive days to raise money for charities and good causes.
Having previously run in 2010, 2015 and 2020, The Great Tour will return in Summer 2023 to showcase Britain’s coastal beauty and help raise funds and awareness for charities.
The last edition of the event took place over nine weeks and supported Diabetes UK and Ambitious about Autism. Starting from the Isle of Wight on the 4 July 2020, participants returned to Ryde on 5 September having tackled the equivalent in ascent of climbing Everest over eight times en route to completing this epic cycling challenge.
